Theme Licensing & Usage
All our themes provided by WPlook Studio inc. hereinafter referred to as: ”WPlook” are released under the GNU Public License version 3.0 or higher.
All theme purchases have a “Purchase Code“, which will allow you to update your theme and receive support. The “Purchase Code” will be displayed in your invoice. Each Purchase Code is valid for one year or two years of updates and support. The product will continue to work after your subscriptions expires. You are free to continue using the product for as long as you like, but you will not receive support and theme updates for the product any longer.
All future themes updates will be available for free to all customers for a period of 12 Months or 24 Months. After 12 or 24 months all clients will be able to renew the right to download the theme and to receive access to our support for 40% off.
After a successful purchase, you will be automatically redirected back to our site and you will be presented with a link to download a ZIP file containing the theme and all pertinent files. You can find instructions on how to install a theme in our documentation section. If you did receive an email with login information and have not been able to download the theme files, please contact us immediately.
We install on request the theme for Non-Technical User. The value of this service is $50. Non-Techincal users should Submit a Ticket to our support section and to give us the wp-admin and FTP access. The installation will be provided in 12-24 hours after the ticket was submitted. We install the theme only on a clean WordPress installation and we will make the website to look like our demo. Installing an additional language is not included.
All content, including images, published on this site is property of WPlook and under copyright. Any replicated site content must be authorized and clearly referenced back to the source. The dummy content provided with the theme should be used only for demo purpose. If you decide to use the demo images in your website you have to contact us and we will send you the url to all images from where can be bought.
Customers are required to submit payment information in order to purchase one of our themes. Our site’s security is provided by DGINET and we process our payments using Stripe or PayPal. You must agree with their terms and conditions before paying for any of our products.
We firmly believe in and stand behind our product 100%, but we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. Due to the nature of digital products, which cannot be returned, we cannot grant a refund if you simply change your mind after purchasing our products. If you have an issue that we are unable to resolve that makes the system unusable, we are more than happy to provide a complete refund within 30 days of your original purchase.
While we make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible – it can take up to 15 days for the refund to reflect in your bank/card account.
Some conditions apply:
- We cannot provide refunds due to technical issues unless you allow us to adequately try and assist you. If we are unable to resolve the issue for you, we will provide a refund. Please open a support ticket before requesting a refund.
- Refunds may only be issued within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days no refunds can be processed.
- Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased products or you buy it by mistake. We stand behind our products and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.
- Refunds will not be granted for “Club Member”, “LifeTime Access” & “NonProfit Package”.
- Refunds will not be granted if you renew the product.
- No refunds will be granted on renewal payments.
- If the refund is demanded and we installed the theme or imported the dummy content a fee of 50$ will be charged.
- You agree to deactivate and delete our theme from your server and your computer before the refund request is placed.
Please note that you don’t have the right to use any of our products and will permanently close accounts, from which we have received any chargebacks or violated our terms and conditions. Previous purchases will no longer be available for access in this case. Any PayPal disputes will automatically disable your account until the dispute is resolved.
Subscriptions & Automatic Renewal
Standard Package, Developer Package, Nonprofit and Club member are sold as an automatically recurring subscription for theme updates and support that renews each year on the anniversary of the purchase date.
This subscription will automatically renew at the end of the annual license term unless the purchaser cancels their subscription prior to the automatic renewal date. The license renewal will continue and remain valid for each one (1) year unless the purchaser cancels their subscription prior to the renewal date.
No refunds will be given for automatic renewal payments. We will send an email 2 weeks before your automatic renewal date with a notice that your subscription will renew in 2 weeks.
Basically: Your subscription will renew yearly until you cancel it. We’ll send you a reminder about the upcoming renewal so you have enough time to act accordingly. You have to make sure to add our email to the whitelist, the same we are not responsible if you didn’t check the mail/found the mail in the spam or trash, the mail server is down and you can’t receive it, etc or pretend that you didn’t receive it.
With the purchase of Themes or Membership subscription, you get help from our Team. The support will be provided via our Support Section only. Each theme is coming with professional support for a period of 12 or 24 months. After 12 or 24 months all clients will be able to renew the support and the right to download the theme for 40% off. The support that we offer shall include common issues and bugs that might occur, and not necessarily customization of any themes.
Our support doesn’t include:
- Customization and installation services;
- Support for third party software and plug-ins;
We collect the taxes for all Canadian Citizens and we will report the taxes to Canadian Government.
WPlook reserves the right at any time to modify the prices.
Layered Photoshop Files
The archive contains the layered PSD files used to create the WordPress theme.
The archive contains the HTML files used to create the WordPress theme.
Note: The PSD and HTML files can look and have different functionality than WordPress Theme.
Our themes have the same requirements as WordPress. Your web host must use PHP 5.2.4 or greater and MySQL 5.0 or greater. Things may not work properly if your web host has older versions installed. You must also have a self-hosted WordPress installation, meaning your website must not be hosted on WordPress.com.
Our themes are guaranteed to function on a clean installation of WordPress or when activated without any changes.
We do not guarantee compatibility with any additional third-party plug-in, scripts, or applications.
Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration themes on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the themes as we can not guarantee that our themes will work with all browsers combinations.
Note: We are here to provide the best services possible but in doing so we will not tolerate aggressive behavior from our customers. We reserve the right to stop our services to our customers with aggressive behaviour and we will not refund the amount in this case.
WPlook Studio reserves the right to change or modify current Terms and Conditions with no prior notice.
