Theme Licensing & Usage
All themes provided by WPlook Studio inc. hereinafter referred to as: ”WPlook” are released under the GNU Public License version 3.0 or higher.
All theme have a “Purchase Code/License Code“, which will allow you to update your theme and receive support. The “Purchase Code” will be displayed on your PDF invoice.
After your subscriptions expire, the product will continue to
Theme Updates and support will be available for the period of your active subscription only.
After a successful purchase, you will be automatically redirected back to our site and you will be presented with a link to download a ZIP file containing the theme(s) and all pertinent files. You can find instructions on how to install a theme in our documentation section. If you did receive an email with login information and have not been able to download the theme files, please contact us immediately.
We install on request the theme for Non-Technical User. The value of this service is $50. Non-Techincal users should Submit a Ticket to our support section and to give us the wp-admin and FTP access. The installation will be provided in 12-24 hours after the ticket was submitted. We install the theme only on a clean WordPress installation and we will make the website to look like our demo. Installing an additional language is not included.

Customers are required to submit payment information in order to purchase one of our themes. All payments are processed via Stripe or PayPal. You must agree with their terms and conditions before paying for any of our products.
You “authorize” WPlook Studio to charge your PayPal or Credit Cart now and at the time of your renewal dates for the price mentioned above. You can cancel this subscription at any time by logging in to your account and clicking the Cancel Subscription button.
We firmly believe in and stand behind our product 100%, but we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time.
We offer refunds to any unsatisfied customer within the first 14 days of service. If you would like your money back, simply open a support ticket with a description of your problem, the website URL and request for a refund. Before asking for a refund, make sure you deleted all files from your computer and server.
While we make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible – it can take up to 15 days for the refund to reflect in your bank/card account.
Due to the nature of digital goods, we recognize that this policy can be abused, and reserve the right to refuse refunds if we determine the refund policy is being taken advantage of.
Note: Refunds do not apply to upgrades or renewals.
Subscriptions & Automatic Renewal
All Out Products (Except Lifetime Access and HTML Templates) are sold as an automatically recurring subscription for theme updates and support that renews each year on the anniversary of the purchase date.
This subscription will automatically renew at the end of the annual license term unless the purchaser cancels their subscription prior to the automatic renewal date. The license renewal will continue and remain valid for each one (1) year unless the purchaser cancels their subscription prior to the renewal date.
We will send an email 2 weeks before your automatic renewal date with a notice that your subscription will renew in 2 weeks.
What “Cancel Anytime” Means?
You may cancel your subscription at any point prior to your next billing period, no questions asked. “Cancel anytime” means you can turn off the auto-renewal for your subscription whenever you’d like, and if you do so at least 24 hours prior to your renewal date, you will not be charged for subsequent billing periods after that. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours prior to your renewal date, your subscription will be automatically renewed and we will charge your account using the payment method on file for you.
Please note we do not issue refunds for cancellations that are requested after you have been charged.
With the purchase of Themes or Membership subscription, you get help from our Team. The support will be provided via our Support Section only.
The support that we offer shall include common issues and bugs that might occur, and not necessarily customization of any themes.
Our support doesn’t include:
- Customization and installation services;
- Support for third party software and plug-ins;
We collect the taxes for all Canadian Citizens and we will report the taxes to Canadian Government.
WPlook reserves the right at any time to modify the prices.
Layered Photoshop Files
The archive contains the layered PSD files used to create the WordPress theme.
The archive contains the HTML files used to create the WordPress theme.
Note: The PSD and HTML files can look and have different functionality than WordPress Theme.
Our themes have the same requirements as WordPress. Your web host must use PHP 5.2.4 (preferable 7.0.0+ ) and MySQL 5.0 or greater. Things may not work properly if your web host has older versions installed. You must also have a self-hosted WordPress installation, meaning your website must not be hosted on WordPress.com.
Our themes are guaranteed to function on a clean installation of WordPress or when activated without any changes.
We do not guarantee compatibility with any additional third-party plug-in, scripts, or applications.
Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration themes on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the themes as we can not guarantee that our themes will work with all browsers combinations.
Note: We are here to provide the best services possible but in doing so we will not tolerate aggressive behavior from our customers. We reserve the right to stop our services to our customers with aggressive behaviour and we will not refund the amount in this case.
You do not have the rights to redistribute, resell, lease, license, sub-license or offer the file downloaded to any third party.
WPlook Studio reserves the right to change or modify current Terms and Conditions with no prior notice.
