The Header Image Settings section in the Gym & Fitness theme Customizer contains 2 options. Navigate to Appearance → Customize → Theme Options → Header Image Settings to access these settings.

Options

• Default Header Image (Image) — Default header background image for pages.
• Phone Number (Text) — Phone number displayed in the header.

After making changes, click Publish at the top of the Customizer to save your settings.
