The slider is automatically displayed as part of the Home Page Template<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To set-up a home page, create two new pages with any title and content you like. However, it’s important to set the Template<\/strong> of one of the pages to Home page<\/strong>. This will be the page that will function as your home page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next, go to Settings<\/strong> \u2192 Reading<\/strong> and alter the Front page displays<\/strong> setting. Set the Front page<\/strong> to be the page using the Home page<\/strong> template, and the Posts page<\/strong> to be the other page you created.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, your home page, using the Home page<\/strong> template, will be accessible at the base URL of your site (the WordPress URL <\/strong>set in Settings<\/strong> \u2192 General<\/strong>). The latest posts page will be accessible at the URL set as the permalink of the Posts page<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
