The Placeholder Images section in the FitnessLife theme Customizer contains 3 options. Navigate to Appearance → Customize → Theme Options → Placeholder Images to access these settings.

Options

• Medium Placeholder Image (Image) — Default image used when no featured image is set.
• Large Placeholder Image (Image) — Default large image used when no featured image is set.
• Header Image Placeholder (Image) — Default header background image.

After making changes, click Publish at the top of the Customizer to save your settings.
