Fit uses the WordPress Customizer for all theme settings. Go to Appearance → Customize to access all options with a live preview of your changes.

General Settings

Colors

Configure the main color scheme of your website. All color options support transparency (alpha channel).

• Toolbar Background Color — Background color for the top toolbar. Default: #292a2c
• Accent Color — Primary highlight color throughout the theme. Default: #d74340
• Button Color — Standard button background color. Default: #d74340
• Button Hover Color — Button color on hover. Default: #cf3734
• Link Color — Color for all hyperlinks. Default: #26a77b
• Links Hover Color — Color when hovering over links. Default: #18664c
• Footer Color — Background color for the footer area. Default: #262729
• Footer Bar Color — Background color for the bottom footer bar. Default: #151617

Social Media

Add your social media profiles. Each entry has three fields:

1. Link Text — Name of the social network (e.g., Facebook, Instagram)
2. Link URL — Full URL to your profile
3. Font Awesome Icon — Icon class (e.g., fab fa-facebook-f)

Click Add Row to add more social networks. These icons appear in the header toolbar.

Working Hours

Set your gym or studio opening hours. Each entry has:

• Day — Day of the week (e.g., Monday)
• Hours — Opening hours (e.g., 05:00 AM – 10:00 PM)

These are displayed in the header toolbar when Opening Hours is enabled.

Header Settings

Toolbar

The toolbar is the top bar above the main navigation. Configure what appears in it:

• Toolbar — Show/hide the entire toolbar
• Opening Hours — Show/hide the working hours display
• Phone Number — Your gym phone number. Default: 514-000-0000
• Contact — Show/hide the contact section
• Address — Your gym address (displayed when Contact is enabled)
• Contact Form Shortcode ID — Enter a Contact Form 7 shortcode ID to display a contact form in the toolbar
• Social Icons — Show/hide social media icons

Logo

Go to Site Identity to upload your logo. If no logo is uploaded, the site title will be displayed instead.

Slider Settings

Configure the homepage slider with up to 2 slides. Each slide has:

• Title — Main heading text
• Subtitle — Supporting text below the title
• Image — Background image for the slide
• Button Text — Call-to-action button label (default: “More Details”)
• Button URL — Link destination for the button

Enable Autoslide to rotate slides automatically.

Classes Settings

Customize the Classes custom post type:

• URL Rewrite — Base slug for classes (default: class)
• Category URL Rewrite — Category slug (default: class-category)
• Singular/Plural Name — Change the labels (e.g., “Course” instead of “Class”)

After changing URL rewrites, go to Settings → Permalinks and click Save Changes to flush the rewrite rules.

Trainers Settings

Customize the Trainers custom post type:

• URL Rewrite — Base slug for trainers (default: trainer)
• Category URL Rewrite — Category slug (default: trainer-category)
• Singular/Plural Name — Change the labels (e.g., “Instructor” instead of “Trainer”)

After changing URL rewrites, go to Settings → Permalinks and click Save Changes to flush the rewrite rules.

Copyright

Toggle the copyright section on/off and customize the copyright text that appears at the bottom of your site.
