What is WordPress?

What is a WordPress theme?
A WordPress theme (template) is a ready-to-use design for your WordPress powered website. While WordPress handles all the content on your web-site, the WordPress theme is the design itself, which is what your visitors view when they come to your web-site.
What is a widget?
WordPress Widgets (WPW) is like a plugin, but designed to provide a simple way to arrange the various elements of your sidebar content (known as “widgets”) without having to change any code.
Do our themes work on WordPress.com websites?
Our WordPress themes only work on self-hosted WordPress installations, the content management system which you can download from WordPress.org. If you have a WordPress.com hosted website, our themes will not work on your website. See this explanation on the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org.
General theme questions
Do all the themes work with the latest version of WordPress?
Yes, it is our duty to always keep the themes up-to-date and working with the latest version of WordPress. Our themes are developed and fine-tuned for WordPress 3.2 or higher, any version prior to that may have problems with some theme functionality.
What’s the difference between Standard and Developer license?
Every wp theme on our website is sold under 2 licenses: Standard and Developer. The Developer package contains all the Photoshop layered files that help you edit and/or modify the design of some elements and you can use this theme on many domains.
Another difference is the price; The Standard package is priced at $69 and the Developer at $149.

Can I change the language of the theme?
All of our themes are localized using GNU’s ‘gettext’ functionality. This means that each of our themes includes one file (.po) which contains all of the English terms we have used, which thus allows our users to only edit one file in able to translate our themes to any language in the world.
Which browsers, browser versions and operating systems do you test the themes on?
We test all our themes on Internet Explorer 7 and 8, the latest versions of Firefox, Safari. and Chrome. Regarding operating systems, our themes are independent of the operating system you use and will work as long as WordPress is installed correctly. We do not support Internet Explorer 6.
Do I need to keep the WPLOOK link in the footer?
No! You can remove any credit link in the footer.
How often are the themes updated?
We update our themes any time we discover a bug or there is a new feature that we feel should be added.
Will the themes work with my plugins?
Yes, most plugins should work with our themes, HOWEVER we can’t guarantee they will do so. There are thousands of plugins available and we can’t test every one with our themes unfortunately.
Can I use the themes on multiple sites?
Yes, you can use our themes on unlimited number of domains if you have purchased «Developer Licence».
Can I change the image logo in the header?
Yes, the logo is a transparent PNG image that is used as an example. You can easily upload your own image logo in our options panel.
What advantage is there in buying the developer theme package with the PSD file?
The PSD files (Adobe Photoshop format) come in handy when you are wanting to make quite a few structural and design changes to a theme, it is usually the option selected by design agencies and freelancers who need to mock up an initial site design (jpg, gif, png or psd format) to present to clients. They then don’t need to get their hands dirty in php/html/css code before they actually have to and have the exact design brief in hand.

Do I need an account on your website?
Yes, in order to fully benefit of our guidance and solutions to your WordPress Theme issues, you need an account.
How does the payment process work? When will I get my themes?
After your select a theme, you are taken to the checkout screen where you fill in your name and desired user name and password. After your payment has been completed, you can login and download your themes under “Dashboard”.
I still haven’t received any e-mail and can’t log in. How long will it take?
Usually the e-mail is sent the moment your payment is approved. When payment is made by PayPal the status automatically shows pending because the payment is being deposited. It can take up to 48 hours for PayPal payment statuses to change to deposit. Our system isn’t updated automatically until the payment status is set to deposited. If you have paid by PayPal and can’t login, contact us with your purchase # and the username you signed up with.
Which payment types do you accept? Can I use Paypal?
You can pay with 2Checkout or Paypal.
